Each project has a designated proven site manager with many years of experience to run the works and a project manager to oversee them. We recommend weekly meetings with both the site and project manager and we will provide weekly updates by email and daily contact when requested to keep you up to speed with every part of your project until completion.

We have a fully resourced team of qualified and experienced carpenters, plasterers, joiners, electricians, plumbers, tilers and bathroom/ kitchen fitters that we have worked with for a number of years. Their skill and expertise ensure a very high standard of finish and you will find everyone to be professional, friendly and respectful.

We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure all of the products we use meet exacting standards and many are priced at source to benefit our clients.

We will liaise with the local authorities to obtain any necessary consents required to start and complete the works and ensure we have building control sign-off when required.
