How It Works?

Start times
My Urban Pad has a number of building teams allowing projects to commence usually within 7 days of receiving the deposit. My Urban Pad will always aim to meet your required start time and try to be flexible wherever possible.

Estimates and Quotations
My Urban Pad will happily visit your property and provide a free no obligation quote. My Urban Pad aims to give fair yet competitive prices. Estimates are then sent via email and post and are valid for 30 days.

Payment Schedule
The preferred method of payment is by electronic transfer directly into My Urban Pad Limited's nomiated bank account by BACS or CHAPS.

Please note that a BACS transfer will take three or four working days to clear whereas a CHAPS payment happens the same day (provided it is done before 3pm depending on the bank). Most banks will charge you for a CHAPS transfer.

Cheques can be sent to the office made payable to 'My Urban Pad Limited.' Please note also that a cheque will take at least three working days to clear and that work cannot start before the cheque has cleared.

Initial deposit & payment stages
For each new project undertaken, a deposit payment is required. The deposit is 30% of the total cost of the job. A project will only commence once the deposit has been received in full with stage payments thereafter required at regular intervals throughout the job. All of this will be discussed in full and a contract drawn up before the works are undertaken.

My Urban Pad takes deadlines and schedules very seriously and we are committed to ensuring that projects are finished on time.
